Picosecond laser energy is the most effective way to eliminate tattoos and Dr Shelton uses both Pico Plus and PicoSure to treat the spectrum of colors contained in many tattoos.
Patients will experience a level of discomfort; however, this will be tolerable. Dr. Shelton strives at making his patients comfortable so most patients choose to have the tattoo injected with local anesthetic prior to the laser treatment.
